We are not running an annual salary system based on years of service and promotions and have settled the salary system based on thorough assessment.Differential incentives are provided based on incentives + individual assessment

Job position system
Our job position system involves improvement stage of job performance and is composed of 6 stages. Years of service can change depending on individual's performance assessment.
¢º Junior Assistant (over 2 years) - Senior Assistant (over 2 years) - Assistant Manager (over 3 years) - General Manager (over 4 years) - Deputy Head (over 3 years) - Department Head (over 5 years)
Promotion system
It refers to the promotion to the next level of job position if the employee holds a certain level of job performance and qualifications, and the promotion is conducted once a year (in March).
- Regular promotion: Among employees who worked for certain regular period of time, the one who is qualified for the next level position is promoted.
- Special promotion: Among employees who worked for certain minimum period of time, the one with excellent performance is promoted through a separate assessment.
