Annual salary system

We put individual's ability first and operate a differentiated system of payment based on ability, which assess one's performance and contribution. We are not running an annual salary system based on years of service and promotions and have settled the salary system based on thorough assessment.

Differential incentives are provided based on incentives + individual assessment

Salary advancing system

Job position system

Our job position system involves improvement stage of job performance and is composed of 6 stages. Years of service can change depending on individual's performance assessment.

¢º Junior Assistant (over 2 years) - Senior Assistant (over 2 years) - Assistant Manager (over 3 years) - General Manager (over 4 years) - Deputy Head (over 3 years) - Department Head (over 5 years)


Promotion system

It refers to the promotion to the next level of job position if the employee holds a certain level of job performance and qualifications, and the promotion is conducted once a year (in March).
- Regular promotion: Among employees who worked for certain regular period of time, the one who is qualified for the next level    position is promoted.
- Special promotion: Among employees who worked for certain minimum period of time, the one with excellent performance is    promoted through a separate assessment.

  • ¤ýContent: Quantitative assessment on the performance of the year versus goals
  • ¤ýItems: Individual achievement associated with department goals
  • ¤ýPeriod: Twice a year
  • ¤ýTarget: All employees

Competency assessment

  • ¤ýContent: Qualitative assessment on individual core competency at the assessment period
  • ¤ýItems: Common skills/ job skills/ leadership competency/ personality, community service and social contribution ability
  • ¤ýPeriod: Twice a year
  • ¤ýTarget: All employees
